Admission Policy

Eligibility

Admission to this school is restricted by certain government & council regulations and by conditions of age, ability and conduct.
No admission is complete until the Transfer Certificate from the last recognized school attended is produced, countersigned by the District Education Officer of the state, if the pupil comes from another state. For new admission a Birth Certificate is required.

Admission Policy

The Academic Year for the school begins in April each year. The admission forms for Nursery and Pre-Kindergarten are available from the school premises in October and the admission process is completed by first week of November.

Admission into higher grades depends on availability of seats.

The admission process into the school is simplistic and requires minimal basic information of any ward seeking admission into the school.

Parents of students seeking admission to the school are requested to follow the steps as listed below.

Prior to Admission

  • Fill in an online inquiry form
  • Wait for Interaction Call.

Interaction Call

  • Students and parents of selected candidates will be called to school for an interaction with the school Director and/or Principal.
  • Students seeking admission in Grade 4 and above may have to appear for an “admission test” – where questions pertaining to required relevant knowledge will be asked from Languages, Science and Maths.
  • The student score will form an important prerequisite for admission.
  • Student may be allowed to tour the school campus and meet faculty with prior permission from the Director’s Office.
  • “In case of vacancy, parents will receive an interaction call.”

Post Admission

  • Collect Admission Form and submit with relevant documents like Birth Certificate, School Leaving Certificate, photographs etc.
  • Payment of Fees to the Accounts Department.

Transfer Certificate

  • Transfer certificate will be issued on the following basis:
  1. Application for withdrawal has been made by the parent / guardian.
  2. All library books have been returned.
  3. Transfer Certificate will take approximately 3 weeks after all the above formalities are completed.
  1. Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
  1. Indiscipline
  2. Attendance below 70%.

Admission & Withdrawal

  • Transfer certificate will be issued on the following basis:

  2. No admission is complete until the Transfer Certificate from the last recognized school attended is produced, countersigned by the District Education Officer of the state, if the pupil comes from another state. For new admission a Birth Certificate is required.
  3. Transfer certificate will be issued on the following basis:
  1. Application for withdrawal has been made by the parent / guardian
  2. Fee is due as long as no notice of withdrawal is given
  3. Library books returned
  4. Transfer Certificate will take approximately 3 weeks after all the above formalities are completed.
  5. Students can be asked to leave the school on the following grounds:
  1. Indiscipline
  2. Unsatisfactory progress in work
  3. Attendance below 70%
  4. A student who fails twice in a particular grade will not be permitted to continue his/her studies in the school.
