Experiential Learning

What is Experiential learning?

Experiential learning is an educational philosophy that extends learning beyond the classroom by engaging students in hands-on, real-world experiences. This approach allows students to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. At Anand Niketan International – Sarkhej, we encourage active participation of the students which not only enhances academic understanding but also nurtures essential life skills, thus transforming them into responsible, thoughtful, and well-rounded individuals

Experiential Learning at Anand Niketan International – Sarkhej,

At Anand Niketan International – Sarkhej, our students have the chance to engage in a diverse range of projects that enrich their learning experience across multiple disciplines.

Lab Work: Innovation in Action

Robotics Lab offers students the opportunity to design and build innovative machines, enhancing their problem-solving abilities and technological literacy.

Project based learning: The school emphasizes hands-on, project-based learning that connects academic concepts to real-world applications. Students enthusiastically engage in dramas, presentations, and theme-based assemblies that highlight everyday events, fostering awareness, creativity, and confidence through real-life connections.

Model United Nations (ANMUN): The Anand Niketan International – Sarkhej, Model United Nations (ANMUN) provides students with a platform to delve into global issues, develop diplomatic skills, and engage in critical thinking. The 2024 edition, held at the Sarkhej campus, featured five distinct committees and included guest speakers who emphasized diplomacy and leadership, enhancing students’ understanding of international relations.

Our Annual Connections Event allows students to interact with parents and the broader community, bridging the gap between classroom learning and the real world. Students also participate in activities like Drama, Presentations, and Model United Nations (MUN), where they develop public speaking, collaboration, and leadership skills, all while immersing themselves in stimulating, real-world simulations. These diverse experiences not only deepen academic understanding but also prepare students for success in a dynamic, interconnected world.
